Skinny horizontal traces: Display or Motherboard subject?

Hello,
I’ve a Macbook Professional Retina 13″ late 2013 and I now have skinny horizontal line everywhere in the display. I’ve seen many different individuals having this and likewise many comparable images on Google Photos, however i can’t discover any info if it is a display fault or a motherboard / graphic card subject?
Any data about that?
